Email or upload your contract (or AIA forms) and the change order itself — PDF or scanned, whatever you have. If you have the original proposal, subcontractor quotes, or the approved schedule, include those too: more context tightens the report.

Every line item in the change order is checked three ways: is the markup within your contract's cap, is the work already covered somewhere in the base scope, and is the pricing substantiated with a unit or basis — or just a round number. Ninety minutes, not two weeks.
