ChangeOrderCopilot

How it works

Ninety minutes. Three steps.

No portal to learn, no retainer to sign. You send two documents, a specialist reads them against each other, and you get back exactly what you need to respond before your deadline.

1

Send us the documents

Email or upload your contract (or AIA forms) and the change order itself — PDF or scanned, whatever you have. If you have the original proposal, subcontractor quotes, or the approved schedule, include those too: more context tightens the report.

2

A specialist reviews both

Every line item in the change order is checked three ways: is the markup within your contract's cap, is the work already covered somewhere in the base scope, and is the pricing substantiated with a unit or basis — or just a round number. Ninety minutes, not two weeks.

3

You counter

You receive the flagged items with contract citations, a fair-price range for anything overpriced, a counterproposal ready to send, and a short negotiation playbook — the numbers to stand on and how to hold your position without stalling the job. See a sample report to see exactly what this looks like.

Ready when your clock is running.
